Abstract

The thorough, united and special Laos - Vietnam cooperation is inevitable due to the geographic condition and the history; and the mutual help and solidarity based on the comradeship, the brotherhood and the transparent, wholehearted international proletarian spirit is the power source to lead the two countries’ resistant war for liberation to the complete victory. General Secretary Choummaly Sayasone highlights milestone events in the history of the combat coalition, the special Laos – Vietnam friendship, solidarity. He affirms Lao Party, State and people of all ethnics always respect, preserve and bring into play the special Laos - Vietnam relationship tradition.
