Abstract

One of the relations which the XI Congress pointed out to be focused in the progress of industrialization, modernization and international intergration is the relation between national independence, self-control and international intergration. This is a dialectic relation, in which independence, self-control is the aims, international intergration is the implementing methods and independence, self-control decide the success or failure of intergration. Harmonizing that relation is to participate in making great achievements with historical meaning in the innovation period. Practices raises new requirements of properly handling the dialectic relation between independence, self-control and international intergration in economic - social, political, external affairs issues.
