The awareness of people classes of the struggle for national island sovereignty

Abstract

Facing the complicated South China Sea disputes and national island sovereignty is at risk of being violated, Vietnamese people classes have raised profound concerns for national sovereignty protection, with diverse attitude and actions. The article provides information on the awareness of people classes (three groups) on the island disputes; on the risk of an islandish war; on the role of economy in protecting island sovereignty; and on struggling measures to protect island sovereignty. Thereby, concerned agencies can take it as a reference to identify more appropriate and efficient contents and communication measures of the struggle for the island sovereignty to each target group.
