Individualism - the hazard to a ruling party and directions to overcome

Abstract

Individualism is always latent in each human; it could appear and arise whenever there has been environment and condition to nurture it. The true ruling party is the party that outlined the ruling directions, which is suitable to the expectations of the people, to perform the legitimate purposes, to ensure the rights and interests of the working class and nation. Due to the mobilization of political, economic and social life, the individualism can rise up in some aspects or phases of the political institutions. Therefore, in order to wipe out the individualism, the ruling party has to self-renewal, self-regulate; innovating the modality of leadership; enhancing the fight, strengthening education and raising awareness of the aims and ideals of Party; increasing the knowledge, consciousness and political awareness of the people.
