The Communist Party of Vietnam and the establishment of socialism-oriented market economy model

Abstract

Our socialism-oriented market economy has been formed and developed as a result of the process of ideology innovation and the leadership and practical directing of the Party and State for more than a quarter century. It is the creation of our Party, the contribution to the theory of socialism, opening the way towards socialism in underdeveloped countries, with a low socio-economic starting points. However, awareness of socialist-oriented market economic model also has other ideas and knowledge, therefore, to determine the contents and specific steps of socialist orientation, we should continue to strengthen theoretical studying, practice reviewing, raising the qualification, the skill and spirit of the Party, encouraging the creation of people.
