COMMON ENGLISH PRONUNCIATION ERRORS OF FINAL CONSONANTS AND CONSONANT CLUSTERS BY DONGNAI UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract

The errors by Vietnamese learners of English are relatively easily recognized since the two languages differ in various aspects; pronunciation problems being of the most immediate concern. Based on the structures of Vietnamese and English and the findings of research, this article presents the typical errors of final consonants faced by first year English majors at Dongnai University.
