FINDING SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM OF OFFICE VOCATIVE LANGUAGE STANDARD (ADMINISTRATIVE)

Abstract

The paper originates from public opinion around the two issues regarding vocative in the offices, agencies and units in order to make work more smooth in the "Project on the basis of standard office culture" of the Institute of State Organizational Sciences (Ministry of Home Affairs). These are the two following issues: 1) How to make vocative word neutral?; 2) How to maintain friendship in the workplace? On the basis of communication theory and thesis of the social rules for research issues, the paper will try to analyze and discuss solutions to this problem.
