Language in transferring education quality to teaching and learning: improving english teachers as an effective solution of 2020 National Project of Foreign Languages

Abstract

    Carrying out well the 2020 National Project of Foreign Languages (P 2020) is one of effective ways of transferring language education quality to both teachers and learners. Improving English teachers is also a solution. This process has leflected some very valiiable experiences that should be deeply analyzed for making P2020 more successful in impacting positively on language education and then on social development. In this sense, the paper will analyze some experiences &om practical issues of langimge education at general ediication schools. Then, it offers some suggestions for the coming tasks of P 2020.
