Vocative words in the field of state administration communication

Abstract

    In this article, we focus on studying the vocative words within the State administrative agencies in Vinh Long province. The vocative words that we use always ensure that the speakers show die courteous, polite and recpectful attitude but they still show open and friendly attitude. When choosing vocative words, the characters of communication always pay attention to the feetors: the communication situation, social status, age , purpose of commumcation, etc... to use vocative words accordingly.
