Developing addmonal engush programs for non-language majorstudents

Abstract

    In 2014, the Ministry of Education and Training issued guidelines to develop complementaiy English progimiis for non-language major students to achieve the required outcomes and to mobilise more resources for educational institutions. This paper aims to analyse the theoretical background for curriculum development (definitions, important factors, and principles) as well as practical steps to develop and unplement these English programs.
