Teachers' beliefs and students' preferences towards corrective feedbacks in speaking periods

Abstract

    This paper aims to find out any differences between the teachers* belief and students' actual preferences towards the oral corrective feedbacks given hi speaking class in order to see to what extent the teachers have met theh students* expectations. The participants are 80 first year students at Bl and B2 level and IS teachers at Intemationai Standard Program, Falculty of English, University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. To collect the result, quesdonnaires and interviews for both teachers and students are fully employed
