Abstract

ABSTRACT

The road of development for power grid, convergent in low voltage lever, must be in accordance with the criteria widely recognized in Vietnam as well as in the world. For that, the Smart grid for the distribution lever network has been concretized in three aspects: measuring device / controller; communication system, and Operation Center with the software and algorithms using for this network. Article refers focus to communication problems, apply to electricity distribution networks, towards intelligent. In the first part, the requirements of the grid Dich Vong 22 towards smart development are studied and discussed. The second part, the different communication systems to be studied in detail and finally applied to the selected grid. All of this is aimed for system communications standards for smart grid and applied to Vietnam.
