INFLUENCE RESEARCH OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS OF THE C45 AND CT3 STELL TO QUANLITY OF ALUMINUM (Al) COATING BY THERMAL SPRAY METHOD

Abstract

The technology science is developing day by day in over the world. Meanwhile, the field of industrial engineering also develops very fast. Therefore, the problem of increament about product quality and longevity for the parts of machine which expecially work with the harsh environment is interested and studied such as the abilities of corrosion, abrasion, temperature, and high pressure resistant. Many methods are used to treat for the surface of the parts of machine. However, the thermal Spray method is more advantageous about the economic and technicality than other method. This paper shows the results about the surface roughness efection of foundation material of steel C45 and CT3 to adhesion of aluminum coatings by the method of electric arc ejection.
