STUDY THE EFFECT OF WELDING MODE PARAMETERS TO SHAPE AND SIZE OF WELDS WHEN WELDING ALUMINUM BY COLD WELDING METHOD

Abstract

This article summarizes the results of the study on the effect of welding
mode parameters on the size of welds when welding aluminum A1050 by cold
welding method. The main content of research and investigation is the effect of
pressure and welding time on the degree of deformation of the material. The
result is the statistics, the chart shows the relationship between factors. The aim
of the study was to elucidate the problems of the direct influence of the force
and time of compression on the degree of deformation of the material at the
weld position.
