RESEARCH THE EFFECT OF ERIOFAST REACTIVE DYESTUFF CONCENTRATION FOR POLYAMIDE FABRICS

Abstract

This paper investigates the effect of dye concentration on the color intensity
of 03 types of Eriofast reactive dyes with basic colors (red, navy, black) with
different concentrations for dyeing of polyamide fabrics. The color of fabric
samples after dyeing was measured on the spectrophotometer to determine the
reflectance spectrum of R at their wavelength λmax and thereby determine the
intensity on the color K / S through the R value. This study selects the optimal
concentration of dyestuffs for Eriofast reactive dyestuffs to improve the process
of dyeing technology for polyamide fabric. Then, compared with the Lanaset acid
dye dyeing process for polyamide fabric, post-dyeing samples with 02 dyeing
processes with these two dyes are evaluated for color fastness (washing, ma sat,
sweat , the light)
