Human resource development in the province of Phu Tho

Abstract

Last time, the human resources of Phu Tho has the enormous changes in both quantity and quality. Namely, the population of working age increased. Especially relatively young human resources, labor structure for children 15 - 29 years accounted for about 50% of the total number of people in working age. Labor structure is shifting sharply from the agriculture, forestry and fisheries to industrial sectors - construction and services. The training improve the quality of human resources to achieve much progress, workforce training accounted for over 30% of the total labor force in the province, however, trained mainly in urban areas.
