Abstract

The paper analyses and assesses the meaning of guaranteeing human rights and citizens’ rights under the provisons on the regulation scope of the Civil Procedure Code, fundamental principles of civil procedure and procedures for dealing with civil law cases under the 2015 Civil Procedure Code.
