In the context of the ongoing digital transformation across all aspects of socioeconomic life, legal training at higher education institutions also needs to be reformed to meet the demands of the modern legal practice environment. This article focuses on analyzing the theoretical and practical basis of organizing legal practice activities in legal training, while clarifying the concept of a digital legal practice lab as a training model that integrates theory and practice on a technological platform. Based on an analysis of the development trends of legal activities in the digital environment, the article proposes two key operational models for digital legal practice labs: the online dispute resolution model and the online legal education and dissemination model. In addition, the article proposes several solutions for building and implementing a digital legal practice lab at Trung Vuong University, contributing to improving the effectiveness of legal practice training for law students in the context of digital transformation.
