The development of Communist Party's basic organization in the enterprise contributes to the construction of the worker staff in Thai Binh province

Abstract

    The implementation of the Enterprise Law and policies on equitization and attracting foreign investment have made. Thai Binh enterprises thrive. Many enterprises have established the Communist Party's basic organization and operated effectively, contributing to the development of enterprises. In addition, party development in enterprises has had some shortcomings due to obstacles from business owners, making it difficult to build worker staff. From this situation, we have strongly suggested some solutions to improve the leadership capacity of building worker staff of Communist Party's basic organization in enterprises in Thai Binh province at present.
