New Basic Points of State Budget Law No. 83/2015 / QH13

Abstract

     On June 25, 2015, at the 9th session, the 13th National Assembly adopted the State Budget Law No. 83/2015 / QH13. This is a new turning point in the management of the state budget under a new legal framework that is more complete and consistent with international integration trends, contributing significantly to the process of public finance reform in Vietnam towards modernization.
