Abstract

    Negotiating and signing collective labor agreements is one of important aspects of trade union activities. That isdetermined in one chapter and 27 articles of Labor Code 2012. However, to negotiate, dialog successfully, and to sign collectivelabor agreements between employers and representatives of employees there are many stages, each of which has different contentsand tasks. Is requires union officials not only to equip with skills, responsibilities, enthusiasm, experience, but also to equip with"social capital".
