The status on inpatient satisfaction at Hai Phong International general Hospital in 2025

Abstract
Objective: To describe inpatient satisfaction at Hai Phong International General Hospital in 2025. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from March to May 2025 on 385 inpatients using the 2024 inpatient satisfaction survey issued by the Ministry of Health. Results: The study surveyed 385 inpatients, of whom 57.1% were female. The age group 30–59 accounted for the highest proportion at 51.9%, and 53% had an education level of high school or below. The proportion of satisfied inpatients was 96.4%, with an average satisfaction score of 4.52/5.00. Patients reported the highest satisfaction with the attitude and professional competence of healthcare staff (97.7%) and the lowest with service accessibility (89.9%). Conclusion: Overall inpatient satisfaction was high, but accessibility remains a priority for improvement to enhance comprehensive healthcare quality.
