Water accounting problem and some results on application in the Ba river basin

Abstract

    Water accounting at basin level is an extended problem of water balance one in river basin that include the estimation of inflow coming on river basin and all kinds of water depleted goying out river basin by human and the nature used. Based on the results of water accounting, the managers could give remards and suggestions for improving of water use efficiency in the river basin. Considering the water accounting problem and application for the Ba river basin, this paper will introduce the method, some initial results, remards and suggestions.
