Repair improvement for electronic engine built in construction machines

Abstract

Diesel engines are considered as the hart of all mobile construction machines. That's why this type of engines have been continuously improved in the electronically automatic tendency of the 4th industrialization revelution. Therefore, repair of the electronic engine-built-in construction machines have been continuiously improved in the recent years to reduce repair expenseses and down time, enhance machine availability and performance of the construction machines. However, the repair of construction machines in our country is still outdated, low efficiency, not yet catching up with the world's development. This research focalizes on the electronic engines built in the modern contruction machines nowadays. Survey has been conducted on the repair of the electronic engine-built-in contruction machines in the large scale enterprises and the repair information systems of the cóntruction machine manufacturers. On such a basis, the vunerable points are sumerized and repair improvement solutions are proposed in the repair.
