Phát triển nuôi biển theo hướng hiện đại, bền vững ở nước ta hiện nay: thực trạng và giải pháp
Abstract
Vietnam has more than 3,000 islands and more than 1 million square kilometers of sea, home to numerous important ecosystems and rich and diverse natural resources. Faced with the pressure of scarce resources and imbalance in regenerating and restoring ecosystems and natural resources, the marine (salt-water) aquaculture industry is being considered an important solution to help reduce exploitation pressure, and build a transparent, responsible, and sustainable fisheries industry. The CPV and the State have issued many guidelines and policies to shift from traditional farming to industrial farming. However, in reality, the development of marine aquaculture in our country still faces many problems such as the potential of marine aquaculture has not been fully exploited; The scale and investment in marine farming is still limited, the infrastructure is not synchronized; There are still many problems in policy and planning; There are not many businesses investing in marine farming; Human resources for marine farming are still limited. In the future, it is necessary to synchronously implement solutions to develop marine farming in a modern and sustainable direction.
