Nghiên cứu và đánh giá hàm lượng một số kim loại nặng trong trầm tích đáy sông trên địa phận tỉnh Đồng Tháp

Abstract

This article presents the results of research and assessment of the content of some heavy metals (As, Pb, Cd, Hg) in bottom sediments in Dong Thap province. With 21 samples collected and analyzed in December 2023 and January 2024, the results show that the average content did not exceed Vietnam's national technical standards for freshwater sediment quality. Compared to the regulatory standards of the United States and Canada, the average content of As and Cd is at an asymptotic level. Compared to the standards prescribed by the Russian Federation, the average content of As is exceeded. The Igeo index of Pb and Hg shows no sign of pollution, while As and Cd have shown signs of heavy pollution, even at some heavily polluted points. Also with the use of Rstudio software in the evaluation of the correlation coefficient, it is shown that Pb and Cd, As and Hg are very closely correlated.
