Abstract

Marine spatial planning is a tool to support the management and use of marine space in a sustainable way, minimizing conflicts between countries, fields and stakeholders in the use of marine space. Currently, marine spatial planning has been developed and implemented in many countries and sea areas around the world. But so far, our country is in the process of building a national marine spatial planning. From the point of view of human geography, this article focuses on clarifying some conceptual issues, theories and practical models in marine spatial planning from a number of countries around the world, thereby providing a Some suggestions on supplementing concepts and theoretical approaches to build a theoretical basis, select an appropriate model for marine spatial planning in our country.
