Abstract

From data collected during work with the People's Committee of Thuy Nguyen district (Hai Phong city), the article analyzed the situation of changes in agricultural land use in the period 2010-2022, and pointed out the causes and effects. Factors affecting land use of the district. A number of solutions to effectively use agricultural land in Thuy Nguyen district are proposed, including: solutions to improve land management; Strengthen protection and improvement work to increase soil fertility; Strengthen management and supervision of agricultural land use planning and plans; and restructuring the agricultural production sector.
