Abstract

Phu Long commune (Cat Hai district, Hai Phong city) has many strengths in natural resources and resident culture to develop community tourism. However, the development of community tourism here is not commensurate with the inherent potential. One of the reasons is that the human resources for community tourism in the commune have not met the requirements set forth. The current situation of human resources for community tourism in Phu Long is still very lacking and weak.
