Abstract

Global economic integration brings firms in Vietnam both opportunities and challenges which requires firms to build their values. To enhance their positions, firms need to develop organizational cultures. Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) is one of the top Vietnamese
banks which have strong cultures, making human resources the core element for development. The paper examines the relationship between Organisational Culture and Business Performance of Sacombank, Hai Phong Branch according to Denison Model. Data collected from 160 employees
of Sacombank, Hai Phong Branch in the last quarter of 2020 were analyzed by using SPSS software. The results show that Involvement and Adoption are two elements that have the greatest impact on Business Performance of Sacombank, Hai Phong Branch, thus setting out measures for managers and
employees to develop organisational culture that increases bank performance.
