The role of HR policy in Vietnam Chemical Corporation

Abstract

The Group Chemicals is a large corporation with 16 trillion capital size and more than ten thousand employees. Therefore, HR’s effective policies in design and operation have important implications to best exploit the resources. This article will assess the status of human resource policy and then propose to strengthen the role of human resource management in the Vietnam Chemical Group.
