Abstract
The imporatance of developing and enhancing transport infrastructure is essential for achieving national socialeconomic’s objectives. In period of 2000- 2015, Vietnam has implemented a significant amount of critical transport
infrastructure projects. However, due to insufficient national capital budget, almost every projects are BOT largely
financed by commercial banks. This paper focuses on analysing current status of BOT transport infrastructure projects
and banks’ loans for these, therefore, indicating risks commercial banks would expose when giving loan to BOT
transport infrastructure projects.
