The impact of the international integration to Vietnam commercial banks’ human resources

Abstract

This study focuses on the impact of labor commitments in the bilateral/multilateral Agreements to the human resources
of commercial banks in Vietnam. The article summarizes the content of commitments on labor in these agreements,
puts them in the context of Vietnam to analyze both positive and negative impact of them to human resources of the
Vietnam banking system. The article then propose several recommendationsin order to take advantage ofopportunities
and solve the problems of human resources of Vietnam banking system when these agreements were signed.
