Identifying heritage of urban areas – condao tourism, its advantages and challenges in the building and sustainable development of Con Dao in the overall organization of Ba Ria - Vung Tau marine space

Abstract

Based on the overall look of heritage in urban areas and on the special features of urban Con Dao heritage, the paper identifies and analyses characterictics of various types of heritage in Con Dao so as to work out vision for urban planning and development in Con Dao. The paper also presents some suggestions for the building and development of the operating system in urban Con Dao tourist zone as a heritage.
