Abstract
This article systematises the Party’s perspectives and strategic orientations on cultural industry development within Viet Nam’s national development strategy. Based on theoretical analysis and an assessment of domestic and international contexts, the study reviews key achievements, identifies persistent challenges, and proposes policy solutions aimed at transforming
cultural industries into a new driver of economic growth and strengthening national cultural competitiveness.
