The Role of the State in promoting the harmonious, stable, and progressive labour relations in Vietnam

Abstract

Harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations are currently an important policy 
of the Party and the State of Vietnam in the process of industrialisation and modernization to 
develop the country to become increasingly rich, democratic and civilised. The article clarifies the 
role of the State in the mechanism of harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in Vietnam. 
This study is based on a systematic approach to labor relations: national level, industry level, local 
level and enterprise level; labor relations subjects; interaction mechanisms of harmonious, stable 
and progressive labor relations to ensure fairness and sustainable social development. From there, 
propose solutions to further enhance the role of the State in the mechanism of harmonious, stable 
and progressive labor relations, contributing to the success of the country's industrialisation and 
modernisation.
