Evolution and Current Context of Religion Laws in Southeast Asia: A Comparative Perspective

Abstract

The author firstly discusses Asian Culture and the Right to Freedom of Religion or Belief. He then gives insightful ideas on the right of religious associations to legal entity status. Finally, Vietnam is chosen to illustrate his comparative approach on evolution and the current context of religious laws in Southeast Asia.
