The Challenge to Catholicism through the “Charismatic Renewal” Phenomenon and Hà Mòn Religion in the Centre Highlands at Present

Abstract

Globalization along with the development of the information technology and the migration wave has led to the trend of religious diversity, especially, the emergence of many new religious movements. These movements have challenged the institutional religions, including Catholicism. Catholicism in the Central Highlands is facing with the phenomenon of “Charismatic renewal” and Hà Mòn religion.
