Abstract

Management and handling of assets formed through state-funded scientific and technological projects has received increasing attention from ministries and agencies of all levels. However, there are still inefficiencies and slow progress raised during implementation. One of the reasons for this situation is the improper management mechanisms for the characteristics of assets. Therefore, it is imperative to innovate the management mechanisms to promote the commercialization of scientific and technological results.
