Abstract

In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the digital economy has become an inevitable trend in global economic development. Vietnam’s digital economy  began in the late 1990s and has experienced significant growth. However, the digital economy still faces multiple challenges in terms of institutions, human resources, and telecommunications infrastructure. In this article, the authors highlight the current state of digital economy development in Vietnam, identifying key issues that need to be addressed to find solutions for improvement.
