Abstract

Recognizing the significance and importance of personnel evaluation, the Party Central Executive Committee has recently issued numerous directives on this matter, which have been codified into legal regulations by the State. In the financial sector, based on the Party’s and the State’s regulations, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance  has issued specific regulations and decisions to implement policies for the evaluation of civil servants and publicmployees in alignment with the sector regulations and current conditions.
