Abstract

In addition to achievements in expanding social insurance participants and increasing the coverage of social insurance policies, the trend of choosing one- time social insurance benefits is increasing, posing many challenges for social security in Vietnam. The aforementioned situation poses a requirement to consider, evaluate and summarize to promptly have appropriate solutions to limit one-time social insurance benefits.
