Abstract

According to statistics of the global research and consulting organization in the field of clean energy Bloomberg NEF, Vietnam currently ranks 7th in the world in terms of solar power output, just behind the US and China in the number of solar power panels installed. Through studying supporting mechanisms and policies and practical implementation, the article proposes solutions as a reference to help Vietnam in effectively exploiting the potential and advantages of developing solar electricity.
