Abstract

Smart Customs Model is one among the new initiatives of the World Customs Organization (WCO) and customs offices of advanced countries, which has been initiated by national customs of the member countries including Vietnam. The article outlines the formation process of the Smart Customs Model, studies the approaches to Smart Customs Model of WCO, USA, China, Japan and proposes solutions to deploy Smart Customs Model in Vietnam for the period of 2021-2030.
