Abstract

The Tax System Reform Strategy to 2030 was approved by Decision 508/QĐ-TTg dated April 23rd, 2022 of the Prime Minister. The Strategy clearly stated the view that the building of tax administration institution would be further improved to simplify tax administrative procedure and to enhance the application of information technology to reduce cost of tax regulation compliance for individuals and businesses. Simultaneously, it also forms the legal foundation for building a modern, professional, effective, and capable tax agency system to manage goals of tax system reform.
