Abstract

The draft Land Law (amended) is a law with excessive influence in many sectors which receives wide attention from society. One of the most concerning issues today is the determination of land prices in line with market prices. Within the scope of this article, the author analyzes the status of state management for land prices and proposes specific solutions to improve the content of land prices in the draft Land Law (amended) and to improve the efficiency of state management of land prices.
