Abstract

Decentralization of state management is a major task of the Government’s administrative reform master programs. In the field of finance and budget, and price administration sector, the Price Ordinance 2002 and the Law on Prices 2012 were promulgated to  promote the decentralization in price administration and regulation. Accordingly, the authority and responsibility of agencies and units of central and local levels have been specified clearly and associated with the specific functions. This issue must be considered upon the amendment of the Law on Prices.
