Abstract

Green growth is a key solution for promoting economic restructure in connection with innovation and enhancement of the economic competitiveness, hereby realizing the Socio-Economic Development Strategy from 2021 to 2030. Furthermore, with the commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050,  here is a need to mobilize the necessary financial esources to promote green growth in Vietnam. This article analyzes the financial resources that drive green
growth in Vietnam, evaluates the achieved results, identifies emerging issues, and proposes solutions to efficiently mobilize and utilize financial resources for green growth in Vietnam in the coming years.
