Abstract

Formulating a green economy is a global trend and an inevitable path for the development of Vietnam. We may say promoting green transitions, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and simultaneously advancing economic prosperity and social equity represent significant challenges, but also provide valuable opportunities for Vietnam. Despite being a latecomer, Vietnam has achieved positive progress in green growth.
