Abstract
The research develops a theoretical framework for evaluating the effectiveness of electronic resource usage, encompassing four criteria: the quality of information sources, user satisfaction, usage statistics, and costs. These criteria are applied to a case study at a school library. The research findings not only provide a detailed insight into the effectiveness of using electronic resources but also assist the management team in making decisions and guiding the future development of school libraries.
